Directions: During periods of high intensity
exercise or increased stress to the body, use 5 grams 2 to 3 times daily. Take
L-Glutamine after workouts or before bedtime, when muscle tissue typically
undergoes repair and recuperation.

Avoid in people with hepatic encephalopathy. Use cautiously in people with MSG
