Met Max is a very complex product that not only provides the building blocks required to train a high-performance body, but also a host of ingredients that make the body more efficient, and better able to recover from the rigors of advanced strength training. Each serving of Met Max contains forty-two grams of six different kinds of proteins that have a distribution from the lowest molecular weight to the highest, so it stimulates protein synthesis and prevents muscle breakdown for hours after you eat. Met Max also includes enzymatically hydrolyzed whey protein and free-form branched-chain amino acids to help speed your growth and recovery. In short, Met Max contains every compound your body needs to maximize growth, increase strength, and speed recovery.
